Nice Côte d’Azur Airport is France’s third-busiest airport after Paris Charles de Gaulle and Orly, welcoming more than 14 million passengers annually. As a major European hub, it connects travelers to over 120 destinations worldwide and plays a key role in both leisure and business travel. Known for its focus on premium services and innovation, the airport operates four VIP lounges, designed to provide international passengers with a high level of comfort and exclusive experiences.

The Challenge

Reinventing the VIP lounge experience

Nice Côte d’Azur Airport sought to:

The Solution

MOOD: A premium and customizable digital entertainment platform

We deployed a tailored portal accessible throught the lounges Wi-fi portal, designed to match both passenger expectations and the airport’s positioning. The solution provides:

  • Premium digital content: over 10,000 hours of video streaming, press, podcasts, and games
  • Multi-device access: smartphones, tablets or laptops via Wi-Fi
  • Fast deployment: remote installation and seamless integration with the existing Wi-Fi network
  • Monetization tools: advertising space (in partnership with JCDecaux) and a digital shopping module with Lagardère Travel Retail

This innovative approach has transformed downtime in lounges into an immersive, entertaining, and revenue-generating experience.
