The TGV INOUI Portal Partners With Moment

Paris, October 5, 2021 – Moment, a specialist in digital services for the travel industry, is launching an entertainment offer on the TGV INOUI Portal. This service allows passengers to access the best content through the onboard portal: films, press, podcasts, etc.

A new entertainment experience for TGV INOUI passengers

With the launch of this onboard streaming service, TGV INOUI wishes to provide its customers with a rich and varied range of content. Films, newspapers, games, and podcasts are made available free of charge to travelers who can now use their travel time for entertainment, information, or relaxation. Kids and grownups alike will find content tailored to their needs, including a selection of cartoons, educational programs, and meditation for young travelers. For their part, Business Première customers have access to a digital press kiosk with more than 40 titles including Le Monde, Le Figaro, or L’Équipe.

Tailored content for all travelers

This initiative is part of TGV INOUI’s approach to always be as close as possible to the needs of its travelers and their new digital uses. TGV INOUI thus wishes to make this multimedia service a new lever for onboard comfort and improved passenger satisfaction.

Seamless and optimized onboard access

The technology provided by Moment allows TGV INOUI passengers to easily view the media offered as soon as they connect to the Portal, from their arrival on board. Stored on onboard servers, the content is accessible with a limited internet connection. Many features have been developed to provide a reading experience adapted to mobile devices (optimized loading times, mini-players, dark mode, etc.). No need to download an application, the TGV INOUI Portal can be consulted in a browser after connecting to WiFi onboard.

Expanding digital services for travelers

With this new offer, the TGV INOUI PORTAL team wants to extend the range of services and provide travelers with a free digital onboard experience adapted to the different needs of customers (professional or leisure travelers).

Since then, the collaboration has evolved: in 2024, TGV INOUI renewed its partnership with Moment to further expand and enrich the onboard digital services available to passengers.

About the TGV INOUI Portal

The TGV INOUI Portal offers a personalized interface depending on the ticket. In particular, the user has access to a range of press and multimedia content, available exclusively on French territory. This service is offered to all customers authenticated on the SNCF_WIFI_INOUI Wifi network.
